Client’s Goal(s):  Secure funding for expansion in California.

Our Actions to achieve these Goals:  We worked with the company to understand their unique art product line from South America, identified local wholesale and retail markets for the one-of-a-kind products they import, and created a business plan which allows them to secure funding for expansion in California.

Client’s Goal(s):  Secure funding for human trials of a new drug leading to FDA approval.

Our Actions to achieve these Goals:  We worked with the company to understand their patented technology. We then proceeded to create a business plan reflecting the products the company provides, and the patented technology they seek to fund. 

We presented the business plan to potential strategic partners, venture capital firms, and private investors, and secured the required funds, thus allowing the company to move forward with the FDA approval process.

Client’s Goal(s):  Become a more popular, increase brand awareness, create a more profitable non-profit organization.

Our Actions to achieve these Goals:  We worked with the board of directors of a local community festival as well as the organization’s staff, to develop a marketing plan that defines the approach the festival must take to become more popular in the community.  We provided advice on restructuring the fundraising approach.

Client’s Goal(s):  Penetrate new (commercial construction) markets.

Our Actions to achieve these Goals:  We helped a construction company working exclusively with residential clients, define a marketing strategy to penetrate the commercial market.  We worked with the president of the company to define a marketing plan.  The plan clearly identifies the market segments the company should approach.  We defined a specific marketing strategy for each of the business sectors, and assisted in implementing a series of marketing campaigned.  We measured the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and adjusted the campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Dental  / Supply

Client’s Goal(s):  Become a more corporate, more efficient and profitable organization.

Our Actions to achieve these Goals:  We worked with a dental supply company on a new organizational strategy, and helped implement the strategy (a dental supply company provides dental products and materials for thousands of dentists by ordering them from hundreds of dental product manufacturers). 

We defined an online marketing strategy and worked with the company to create a sophisticated online presence, which includes an online store to sell about 20,000 dental products.  We defined an online marketing plan and worked to promote the online store to quickly increase online sales. 

We worked with the management and staff of the organization to define operational and management systems throughout the organization, increasing accountability of employees and middle management.  We focused on creating an environment which links rewards to accountability and employee performance.  We worked with management to hire staff to support the new organizational systems.

Client’s Goal(s):  Secure funding to continue work on a multi-part documentary film.

Our Actions to achieve these Goals:  We worked with the producer, as well as the documentary’s team to understand their vision for the documentary and its distribution.  We created a business plan, and helped them promote it in the Hollywood film industry.

Environmental Technology

Client’s Goal(s):  Introduce imported environmentally friendly home HVAC products to the US market.

Our Actions to achieve these Goals:  We worked with an importer (that has exclusive rights to newly patented HVAC products) to define a strategic plan to introduce the products into the US market.  The plan consists of B2B (business-to-business) as well as B2C (business-to-consumers) and B2G (business-to-government) components.

We worked with the client to receive necessary government approvals for these products, and to certify them as environmentally friendly.  We worked to promote the products to regional and national US distributors.  We defined a multi-channel marketing campaign to promote the products to US consumers.

Our Actions to achieve these Goals:  We worked with the client to understand their invention, and the market for it.  We then created a business plan, and approached angel investors to fund the start-up organization.  Once funding was secured, we proceeded to work with the inventor to create and implement strategic and marketing plans, recruit management, and build a viable organization providing products and services related to the invention.
